دور التعاون الدولي في ترقية التعليم العالي كهدف للتنمية المستدامة -حالة مبادرة استدامة التعليم العالي-

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة تبيان الدور الذي يلعبه التعاون الدولي داخل إطار المنظمات الاقتصادية الدولية ذات التوجه التنموي في ترقية التعليم العالي كهدف للتنمية المستدامة، يتعلق الأمر بالمؤسسات التابعة لنظام بروتن وودز كالبنك العالمي أو المنظمات الدولية التي تنشط تحت غطاء منظمة الأمم المتحدة، ومن أهم التجارب في هذا المجال "مبادرة استدامة التعليم العالي"، وذلك من خلال مساعدة المؤسسات الجامعية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، التي تركز أساسا على ترقية التعليم، يما يساهم في تحسين مساهمة الأفراد في سيرورة التنمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعاون الدولي، أهداف التنمية المستدامة، التعليم العالي، مبادرة استدامة التعليم العالي. International Cooperation in Higher Education as a Goal for Sustainable Development –Case of the Higher Education Sustainability Initiative Summary This paper aims to demonstrate the role of international cooperation within the activities of international economic development organizations in promoting higher education, as a goal of sustainable development. It comes to Bretton Woods’s institutions such as the World Bank, and international organizations operating under the cover of the United Nations. One of the most important experiences in this field we can cite the "Higher Education Sustainability Initiative". The HESI helps university institutions to achieve the goals of sustainable development, this focuses mainly on promoting education, to improve the contribution of individuals to the development process.
