Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة واقع وآفاق التعاون الدولي الجزائري التركي في قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وتحديد أهداف وأبعاد هذا التعاون ولا سيما من حيث المساهمة في تطوير قدرات الفاعلين على مستوى الجامعات والمعاهد ومراكز البحوث العلمية، وتمكينهم من التكيف مع التطورات العلمية الراهنة والمستقبلية، ومن ثم القدرة على المساهمة في ترشيد عملية التنمية، وعليه فقد اعتمدنا توظيف المنهج الوصفي وكذا منهج دراسة الحالة في معالجة هذه الدراسة، ولعل أهم النتائج التي خلصنا إليها، أن اتفاقية التوأمة بين جامعة إسطنبول وتسع جامعات جزائرية شكلت أهم مخرجات مباحثات التعاون بين البلدين في قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي خلال سنة 2022. This study aims to address the realities and prospects of Algerian-Turkish international cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research and to identify the objectives and dimensions of such cooperation, particularly in terms of contributing to the development of the capacities of actors at the university, institutes and scientific research centres, and enabling them to adapt to current and future scientific developments, thereby contributing to the rationalization of the development process, we have therefore adopted the use of the descriptive curriculum as well as the case study curriculum in dealing with this study, perhaps the most important conclusion is that the twinning agreement between the University of Istanbul and nine Algerian universities constituted the most important outcomes of the cooperation discussions between the two countries in the sector of higher education and scientific research in 2022.
