دار المقاولاتية في الجامعة الجزائرية بين الضرورة والأهمية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول أهمية ودور دار المقاولاتية في الجامعة الجزائرية في نشر الثقافة المقاولاتية، مع الإشارة لدراسة حالة دار المقاولاتية بجامعة تبسة حيث تهدف هذه الهيئة إلى نشر الفكر المقاولاتي بين الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج، لتكون بابا لهم إلى عالم الأعمال ونافذة على الآليات الاقتصادية التي يجب على الطالب التعرف عليها لبناء فكر مقاولاتي سليم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يلعب التعليم المقاولاتي أهمية بالغة في نجاح النشاط المقاولاتي وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ويعد آلية ناجحة لاستحداث الأفكار المبدعة، فضلا عن انه يمثل أرضية متينة يطور المقاول من خلاله معارفه لتنعكس إيجابا على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمستحدثة، وخفض احتمالات تعثرها وإفلاسها. وأوصت هذه الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تكوين القائمين على عملية التعليم المقاولاتي وتكوين المقاولين لضمان كفاءة أكثر، وفق إستراتيجية واضحة المعالم وخطوات غير روتينية تضمن وصول الأهداف المسطرة الفعلية. Abstract: The aim of this study is to shed light on the importance and role of the Entrepreneurial house in the Algerian university in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship, with reference to the study of the case of the Entrepreneurial house at the University of Tebessa, To be a door to them to the world of business and a window on the economic mechanisms that the student must identify to build the thinking of sound Entrepreneuria, The study concluded that the entrepreneurial education plays an important role in the success of the entrepreneurial activity and the development of the small and medium enterprises. It is a successful mechanism for the development of creative ideas. It also represents a solid ground in which the developer develops his knowledge to reflect positively on the performance of small and modern enterprises, And reduce the likelihood of default and bankruptcy. This study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the need for the formation of those involved in the process of contracting education and the formation of contractors to ensure more efficiency, according to a clear strategy and steps that are routine to ensure the attainment of the actual objectives.
