العدالة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالمواطنة التنظيمية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والمواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية، فالمنضمات تحتاج إلى جعل موظفيها يشعرون بالعدالة والانصاف والمواطنة من خلال التوزيع العادل بينهم وكذلك صنع قرارات وإجراءات عادلة ومنصفة وذلك للحفاظ على سيرورة عمل المؤسسة وكذا العمل على تحقيق روح الجماعة والعمل الجماعي وتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة بين الأساتذة والإدارة بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية، انطلقت هذه الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل توجد علاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والمواطنة التنظيمية عند أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الوادي ؟ تنبثق تحته ثلاث تساؤلات فرعية كالتالي: - هل توجد علاقة بين العدالة التوزيعية و المواطنة التنظيمية عند أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الوادي ؟ - هل توجد علاقة بين العدالة الإجرائية و المواطنة التنظيمية عند أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الوادي ؟ - هل توجد علاقة بين العدالة التعاملية والمواطنة التنظيمية عند أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الوادي ؟ تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي لأنه الأنسب في هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقع الدراسة وجوانبها ووصفها وتحليلها، بمجتمع قدره 55 مفردة لذلك تم استخدام تقنية المسح الشامل أو بما يعرف طريقة الحصر الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة، باستبيان موزع على مجموع الأساتذة بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية وبعد التحليل والتفسير توصلنا إلى النتيجة التالية: - توجد علاقة وطيدة بين العدالة التنظيمية والمواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الوادي - أيضا تم التأكد من صحة الفرضيات الفرعية كما يلي: - توجد علاقة بين العدالة التوزيعية والمواطنة التنظيمية عند أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الوادي - توجد علاقة بين العدالة الإجرائية و المواطنة التنظيمية عند أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الوادي - توجد علاقة بين العدالة التعاملية و المواطنة التنظيمية عند أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الوادي This study aimed to clarify the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship among the faculty of the Social Sciences department. Organizations need to make their employees feel justice, fairness, and citizenship through equitable distribution among them, as well as making fair and equitable decisions and procedures to maintain the workflow of the Institution and to work on achieving the spirit of community, teamwork, and achieving common goals between the faculty and the administration of the Social Sciences department. This study started from the following main question: Is there a relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship among the faculty of the Social Sciences department at El Oued University ? Underneath it, three sub-questions emerge as follows : - Is there a relationship between distributive justice and organizational citizenship among the faculty of the Social Sciences department at El Oued University? - Is there a relationship between procedural justice and organizational citizenship among the faculty of the Social Sciences department at El Oued University? - Is there a relationship between Interactional justice and organizational citizenship among the faculty of the Social Sciences department at El Oued University? This study falls within the descriptive research by using the descriptive method because It is the most suitable In this study to know the reality of the study, Its aspects, describe and analyze it, with a community of 55 individuals. Therefore, the comprehensive survey technique or what is known as the comprehensive enumeration method for the study community was used, with a questionnaire
