L'exercice Du Pouvoir Normatif Par Le Conseil De Sécurité En Matière De Lutte Contre Le Terrorisme Et Sa Conformité À La Charte Des Nations Unies Et Au Droit International
Résumé: بعد هجمات 11 سبتمبر 2001، لم يقتصر تدخل مجلس الأمن في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب على ممارسة اختصاصات تنفيذية، بل أيضا اعتماد قرارات معيارية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مسألة توافق هذه السلطة المعيارية الجديدة مع ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي. Following the attacks of 11-09-2001, the intervention of the Security Council in the fight against terrorism was not limited to the exercise of executive powers, but also to adopt normative resolutions. The purpose of this study is to examine the question of the conformity of this new power with the united nations Charter and international law.
