Résumé: Our study, The Digitization of Sports Administration as a Means of Eliminating the Bureaucracy of Running in Sports Establishments،will try to find answers to the general question: What are the criteria applied in sports establishments for digitizing sports management to reduce the burden of administrative bureaucracy ! To answer this question, we have raised three subsidiary questions: - Does the sports establishment apply the criteria for the modernization of sports management from a digitization perspective in particular؟ - What are the bureaucratic implications of traditional methods of running in sports establishments؟ - What is the relationship between digitization and bureaucracy؟In order to take stock of the various aspects and variables of the study, we have relied on the descriptive approach, which is one of the most successful approaches to our study. To highlight the main axes mentioned above, we have distributed the questionnaire to a sample of the staff of the Department of Youth and Sports of the State of Laghouat, In addition, we have relied on a random sample of 30 staff members and through the responses of the researchers we have come to the following conclusions: The Department of Youth and Sports of the State of Laghouat has a near-active use of the digitization strategy, as well as the improvement of its service and functions, the provision of digitization requirements, the use of the high-flow Internet and its connection to the national network, in order to exchange administrative information about the directorates of youth and sports as a whole. It can be said that the digitization of the sports department is eliminating the bureaucracy of running sports facilities by applying well-defined and well-controlled digitization strategies within sports facilities and also enabling us to restructure them and eliminate bureaucratic red tape in order to facilitate the preparation of procedures for the submission of sports files and administrative work in sports facilities. Algeria's policy is to implement the strategy of digitization in the institutions as a whole. The Ministry of Youth and Sports, in particular its departments, is to establish their own digital floor and to provide them with tools and requirements for digitization in order to facilitate work between the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Youth and Sports.
