دراسة استشرافية لمستقبل الجزائر في منطقة التبادل الحر الأفريقية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استشراف مستقبل منطقة التبادل الحر الإفريقي التي دخلت حيز التنفيذ الفعلي في جانفي 2021، ولمستقبل الجزائر ضمن هذا الفضاء من خلال توقيعها على الانضمام في نهاية 2019، قد تمت عملية الاستشراف بالاعتماد على أراء عدد من الخبراء المتخصصين في الشأن الاقتصادي الإفريقي، ليكون استشرافهم لمستقبل إفريقيا ولمستقبل الجزائر داخل هذا الفضاء، يصب في أنه سيكون لإفريقيا مستقبلا زاهرا ومن خلفه الجزائر ببناء هذا الفضاء الاقتصادي للتجارة الحرة، وهذا مشروط بتطبيق الميكانيزمات الاقتصادية الفعلية على أرض الواقع بعيدا عن الشعارات السياسية. Abstract: The aim of this article is to shed light on the future of African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) that commenced operating on January 2021, and forecasting as well the future of Algeria within this area after its adherence by the year of 2019. This prospective study is mainly based on the opinions of many experts specialized in African economy. It has showed that there is a bright future for both Africa and Algeria in this area. Yet, this endeavor requires a real and an effective application of economic mechanisms and a cooperation between economic agents.
