Résumé: يعتبر التناص وسيلة للإنتاج الادبي والإبداعي، ويشكل جسرا للعبور بينه وبين الآخر، ذلك ما سنحاول أن نعرج على هذا المفهوم عند أهم أعلامه في الغرب، ثم نوضحه ونستشفه من خلال مقاربتنا لقصيدة (نشيج البجع ) للشاعر الجزائري عبد الحليم مخالفة، والتي اعتمد فيها التناص كأداة في اثراء انتاجه الابداعي واسترجاع ثقافته السابقة واستثمارها في رسم لوحة حزينة مفعمة بالألم والأسى الشاعر مخالفة طالما كتب عن مواضيع اجتماعية كثيرة ، منها ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية.
