Résumé: In light of incubators contribution in start-ups support and development at university, this study aims to determine the factorial structure of business incubators services of potential entrepreneurs’ students of science faculty in Yahia Fares university of Medea using structural equation modeling (SEM). The targeted study population was )450( students who studied the entrepreneurship module in the second year master studies. To achieve the study aim, the researcher used analytical descriptive approach, build a questionnaire consist of twenty items and determine two samples from the study population. The first sample Consisting of 208 student is selected for the exploratory factorial structure (EFA). Findings show a presence of multiple dimensions factorial structure. This structure was confirmed using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFI) of the first degree (non-hierarchical model) using the second sample from the same population, also estimated (208) students. Findings show a good fit for the Model. Then it was confirmed Reliability and validity by Convergent validity and Discriminant validity using Composite Reliability (CR), Average Variance Extracted (AVE), maximum shared variance (MSV) and Square root of the average variance extracted. Finally, the hierarchical structure of business incubator services was confirmed using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFI) of the second-order (hierarchical model). Findings show a good fit for the Model. The main findings of this study is the presence of hierarchal model of business incubators services of potential entrepreneurs’ students of science faculty in Yahia Fares university of Medea that explains a four factorial structure of business incubators services. Hence, it includes the development of Pilot Startups Ideas services, principal services, consulting, guidance, and training services, networking services. In a business incubator services hierarchical model, the general factor explains (34%) of changes in the potential entrepreneurs’ requirements from students to develop Pilot start-ups ideas services, (38%) for principle services, (62%) for consulting, guidance, and training services, (67%) for
