مساهمة التمكين الاداري في تحقيق التوافق المهني،دراسة ميدانية: المؤسسة الوطنية للأنسجة بالمسيلة.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة التمكين الاداري في تحقيق التوافق المهني بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وذلك بالاعتماد على عينة من العمال الاداريين في المؤسسة الجزائرية للأنسجة الصناعية والتقنية بالمسيلة، واستخدمت استبانة تم بناؤها وفقا لمتغيري الدراسة، المتغير المستقل وهو التمكين الاداري بأبعاده المختلفة، والمتغير التابع هو التوافق المهني، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة وتحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج spss ،توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين التمكين الاداري والتوافق المهني لدى العمال الاداريين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتوصي هذه الدراسة بنشر ثقافة التمكين الاداري في المؤسسة وخلق بيئة عمل تساعد على تحقيق الاستقرار والرضا الوظيفي للعاملين،وبالتالي تحقيق التوافق المهني. Abstract : This study aims to know the contribution of administrative empowerment to achieving professional compatibility in the institution under study, by relying on a sample of administrative workers in the Algerian Foundation for Industrial and Technical Tissues in Al-Masila. Professional compatibility, and we used the descriptive and analytical method, After collecting data from the study sample and analyzing the results using the spss program, this study concluded that there is a strong statistically significant correlation between administrative empowerment and professional compatibility among administrative workers in the institution under study. This study recommends spreading the culture of administrative empowerment in the institution and creating a work environment that helps to achieve Stability and job satisfaction for workers, and thus achieving professional compatibility.
