دور التمكين الاداري في تحقيق التفاعل بين المعرفة الضمنية والصريحة - دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة مطاحن الاغواط -
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة التأثيرية بين التمكين الاداري بأبعاده الخمسة) الاتصال الفعال ، فرق العمل، تفويض السلطة، التدريب، التحفيز( والمعرفة الضمنية والصريحة، ومستوى كل منهما بمؤسسة مطاحن الاغواط. أظهرت النتائج أنه توجد علاقة تأثيرية ذات دلالة احصائية بين التمكين الاداري بمختلف أبعاده (مأخوذة بصورة إجمالية) وتفاعل المعرفة الضمنية والصريحة. Abstract:This study aims to check the influence relationship between administrative empowerment in its five dimensions (effective communication, work teams, delegation of authority, training, motivation) and tacit and explicit knowledge, and each level at the Laghouat Mills Corporation. The results showed that there is a statistically significant impact relationship between administrative empowerment in its various dimensions (taken in aggregate) and the interaction of tacit and explicit knowledge.
