Résumé: This study aims to shed light on the reality of applying the governance of the accounting information system in the Algerian economic institutions, and to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical aspect. Based on the COBIT 2019 model in its five areas: Assessment, Direction and Control, Alignment, Planning and Organizing, Building, Acquisition and Implementation, Delivery, Service and Support, and Monitoring, Evaluation and Estimation. The study reached the knowledge of the reality of the application of information technology governance in the economic enterprise Algeria Telecom based on the five areas of the COBIT 2019 model, where the results showed the possibility of applying information technology governance in the areas: harmonization, planning and organization, construction, acquisition and implementation, delivery, service and support, in contrast to other areas evaluation And mentor and control, monitoring and evaluation and evaluation, where the results showed the inability to apply the governance of information technology in it.
