استراتيجية العلاقات العامة في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بشار نموذج

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة تتلخص مذكرتنا الموسومة بعنوان "استراتجیة العلاقات في تحسین الصورة الذهنیة للمؤسسة " " اتصالات الجزائر بشار نموذج" حیث خصصت هذه الدراسة حول استراتیجیة العلاقات العامة المتمثلة في بناء سمعة طیبة للمؤسسة " اتصالات الجزائر بشار" و انطلقنا من مذكرتنا من مقدمة و أربع فصول . الفصل الاول : یتمحور حول ماهیة العلاقات العامة . الفصل الثاني : یتمحور حول الصورة الذهنیة للمؤسسة . الفصل الثالث : یتمحور حول استرتیجیة العلاقات العامة . الفصل الرابع : یتمحور حول الاطار التطبیقي و هو عبارة عن دراسة حالة للمؤسسة " اتصالات الجزائر بشار" و في الاخیر اختتمنا بخاتمة ان العلاقات العامة وظیفة محوریة اساسیة في المؤسسة . الكلمات المفتاحیة: الاسترتیجیة ،المؤسسة و التخطیط .Study summary : memorandum is summarized under the title Foundation" "Algeria Telecom Bechar Model" .This study is devoted to the PR strategy of building a good reputation for the Foundation "Algeria Bechar "Relationship Strategy in Improving the Mental Image of the Telecom" .We started from our memo from an introduction and four chapters. Chapter One : It deals with the nature of public relations. Chapter II : Revolves around the mental image of the institution. The third chapter : It deals with the strategy of public relations. The fourth chapter : focuses on the implementation framework, and it is a case study of the institution" Communication Algeria Bechar،" and in the end we concluded with a conclusion that public relations is an essential pivotal function in the institution.
