القانون في مواجهة الفساد العلمي: السرقة العلمية نموذجاً

Résumé: أدركت السلطة العامة أنّه لا سبيل لمحاربة هذا السلوك والحد من انتشاره إلاّ من خلال الباس القواعد الأخلاقية التي تحرم السرقة العلمية ثوب القواعد القانونية التي تتميز بالطابع الإلزامي والتقويمي لسلوك الافراد والمصحوبة بجزاء مادي محسوس. لذا أصدرت في مجموعة من النصوص القانونية كان أخرها القرار رقم 933 المؤرخ في 28 جويلية 2016 المحدد للقواعد المتعلقة بالوقاية من السرقة العلمية ومكافحتها. وعلى ضوء هذه المعطيات فإنه نتساءل عن فعالية هذه الأخيرة في الحد والوقاية من ظاهرة السرقة العلمية.كلمات مفتاحية: (سرقة علمية، أستاذ، طالب، عقوبات، حق مؤلف) Abstract: The public authority realized that there is no way to combat this behavior and limit its spread except by dressing up the moral rules that prohibit scientific theft, the legal dress code that is characterized by the obligatory and evaluative nature of the behavior of individuals and accompanied by material material severity. Therefore, it issued a set of legal texts, the most recent of which was Resolution No. 933 of July 28, 2016 defining the rules related to the prevention and control of scientific theft.
