استخدام شبكة الانترنت في السرقة العلمية لدى طلبة الليسانس من وجهة نظر الأساتذة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة.

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل والأسباب التي أدت بالطلبة إلى السرقة العلمية في إنجاز بحوثهم والإطلاع على مدى تحكم طلبة الليسانس في شبكة الانترنت من وجهة نظر الأساتذة ودورها في انتشار السرقة العلمية، كما تهدف للبحث عن مدى تطبيق وسائل كشف السرقة العلمية والقوانين الرادعة لهذه الظاهرة في الوسط الجامعي. تعتبر هذه الدراسة دراسة ميدانية حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولقد تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين، حيث تم تقسيم الاستمارة إلى أربعة محاور، المحور الأول متعلق بالبيانات الشخصية، أما المحور الثاني يخص الأسباب التي تدفع طلبة الليسانس للجوء إلى السرقة العلمية، والمحور الثالث حول دور تحكم طلبة الليسانس في الانترنت في انتشار ظاهرة السرقة العلمية أما المحور الرابع فتمثل في دور عدم تطبيق وسائل كشف السرقة العلمية والقوانين في تفشي السرقة العلمية في أوساط الطلبة الجامعيين، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها 25 مفردة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ورقلة تم اختيارها باستخدام العينة العرضية التي تندرج ضمن العينات غير الاحتمالية لنتوصل لتسجيل النتائج التالية:  أن هناك مجموعة من الأسباب تدفع بالطلبة إلى السرقة العلمية من أهمها نقص تكوين الطالب في منهجية إعداد البحوث وعدم كفاية الوقت الممنوح للطالب في إنجاز بحثه بالإضافة إلى عدم إلمامه بأساليب الاستشهاد والاقتباس.  وأن الطلبة يتحكمون في شبكة الانترنت بدرجة عالية عن طريق عملية النسخ والتحميل. كما لتحكم الطلبة فيها دور كبير في انتشار ظاهرة السرقة العلمية في الوسط الجامعي.  بالإضافة إلى أن لعدم تطبيق وسائل كشف السرقة العلمية والقوانين دور كبير في تفشي ظاهرة السرقة العلمية حيث أن أغلب الطلبة ليس لهم دراية بالإجراءات القانونية الخاصة بالسرقة العلمية، بالإضافة إلى تأكيد أفراد العينة أن القرار الذي يحدد القواعد المتعلقة بالوقاية من السرقة العلمية ومكافحتها لا يطبق في الجامعة التي تمت فيها دراستنا. This study aims at identifying the factors and reasons that led students to scientific plagiarism in the fulfil of their research and to know to which extent the bachelor students control the Internet from the point of view of teachers and their role in the spreading of scientific plagiarism among university milieu This study is considered a practical study in which we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire relies on the collection of data from the respondents, the questionnaire was divided into four parts, the first part is related to personal data, and the second part is related to the reasons which push bachelor students to resort to scientific theft, The third part is about the role of undergraduate students’ control over the Internet in the spreading of the scientific theft phenomenon As for the fourth part, it represents in the role of non-application of the means that detect scientific theft and laws in the spreading of scientific theft among university students, and it is applied as a sample for 25 individuals from the teachers of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Ouargla that selects the use of the accidental sample that falls within the non-probability samples, to achieve the record of the following results There is a number of reasons that push students to scientific theft, the most important one is the lack of training the methodology of preparing research, the insufficient time given to students to fulfil their research, in addition to the lack of familiarity with the methods of citation. In addition, students’ control of the Internet to a high degree through the process of copying and downloading, and it has a great role in the spread of the phenomenon of scientific theft in the university milieu In addition to this fact, the lack of application of the means that detect scientific plagiarism and the laws have a major role in the spreading of the phenomenon of scientific theft, as most students are not familiar with the legal procedures related to the scientific plagiarism, as well as the sample members’ assertion that the decision specifying the rules related to the prevention and control of the scientific plagiarism is not applied at the university in where we study.
