Résumé: الملخص: يعد الفحص الأولي أولى محطات الدعوى امام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، و التي يفصل فيها المدعي العام في جدية الحالات المعروضة على المحكمة و تحديد مدى قابليتها للتحقيق و المقاضاة، و ذلك في حدود ما تسمح به ولايتها القضائية، و ما تقتضيه خطورة الحالة و ضرورات التكامل، و ما من شأنه ان يخدم مصالح العدالة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفحص الأولي، المدعي العام ، المحكمة الجنائية الدولية . Abstract: The preliminary examination is the first stage of procedings befor the ICC, in which the prosecutor decides the seriousness of the situations and determines the extent of their ability to investigate and prosecute,with in limits of its jurisdiction, and the required of gravity and necessity of complementarity, and with serving interests of justice .
