Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر المحكمة الجنائية الدولية سلطة قضائية دائمة، حيث يمكن محاكمة قادة إسرائيل السياسيين والعسكريين أمامها عن الجرائم التي ارتكبوها في الأراضي الفلسطينية، حيث أن تلك الجرائم لا تسقط بالتقادم. وبدأ نفاذ المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بالنسبة لفلسطين في 01 أفريل2015، ما منح المحكمة ولاية على الجرائم الجسيمة التي تخرق القانون الدولي، وتشمل جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية المرتكبة على الأراضي الفلسطينية. ولقد أعلن مكتب المدعي لدى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الشروع في إجراء دراسة أولية للوضع في فلسطين على أساس الإعلان الفلسطيني المودع لدى المحكمة بموجب المادة 12فقرة03 بقبول اختصاص المحكمة الجنائية بأثر رجعي يعود لتاريخ 13جوان 2014. الكلمات المفتاحية: المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، جرائم إسرائيل، مكتب الادعاء العام، فلسطين، القانون الدولي.
