Résumé: This research aims to study the impact of Quality Management in accordance with the ISO 9000 standards on the performance of employees at Lindgas unit of waragla , The descriptive approach was adopted in the collection of data and data related to the subject of the study and the case study approach by projecting the contents of the theoretical study on the reality of theLindgas unit of waragla, where a questionnaire was designed containing (39) phrases distributed according to the eleven dimensions of the study, where the first axis included eight dimensions, while the second axis included three dimensions and provided to a sample of workers of this institution (35 workers), data was collected, analyzed and tested hypotheses using the SPSS program edition 26, where the study concluded that there is a relationship with a positive impact of applying ISO 9000 standards to improve the performance of employees of this institution.
