قضايا معاصرة للأسرة الجزائرية

Résumé: الملخص:- عرفت الأسرة الجزائرية في الآونة الأخيرة العديد من المشكلات بالرغم من إعادة النظر في قانون الأسرة لسنة 1984 والذي تمخض عنه قانون الأسرة المعدل سنة 2005 ، اعتقادا من المسؤولين ومختلف الباحثين والمطالبين بمراجعة قانون الأسرة أن مشاكل الأسرة ترجع بالأساس الى المنظومة القانونية التي لم تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الخصائص الجديدة للمرأة . لذا ستتطرق صفحات هذا المقال الى أحد مشكلات الأسرة الجزائرية المعاصرة آلا وهما العنف بمختلف أشكاله وظاهرة الخلع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأسرة الجزائرية ،قانون الأسرة ، المشكلات Abstract: The Algerian family has recently experienced many problems despite a review of the Family Law of 1984, which resulted in the amended Family Law in 2005, believing from officials and various researchers and those calling for a review of family law that family problems are mainly due to the legal system that did not take into account the new characteristics of women.
