أثر التنافس الدولي في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي على النفوذ الفرنسي

Résumé: تعد منطقة الساحل من أهم الدوائر الجيو-استراتيجية ضمن السياسة الخارجية الفرنسية،إذ تسعى فرنسا كغير ها من القوى الدولية الأخرى،للإستحواذ على أكبر قدر ممكن من الموارد الطاقوية والإستراتيجية على أساس الأحقية الفرنسية لاستغلال ثروات المنطقة،كما تعمل الأخيرة على تحقيق مصالحها في المنطقة من خلال إضفاء الطابع الأمني والاقتصادي على معظم مبادراتها لدول المنطقة،للحفاظ على مكانتها في ظل المنافسة الدولية على المنطقة،إذ أصبحت منطقة الساحل منطقة تصادم مصالح القوى الدولية وهو ماكان له بالغ الأثر على مكانة فرنسا في المنطقة،هذه الأخيرة التي تسعى إلى إبقاء الساحل الإفريقي حبيس نفوذها بعيدا عن أي تواجد دولي آخر. . The Coastal region is considered one of the important geo-strategic regions in French foreign policy, where France, like other international powers, seeks to acquire the largest possible amount of energy and strategic resources on the basis of the French eligibility to exploit the wealth of the region. France is also working to achieve its interests in the region by imparting a security and economic character to preserve its position in light of the international competition in the region, as the Sahel region has become a region where the interests of international powers collide, which had a significant impact on France's position in the region. It also seeks to keep the African coast under its influence, away from any other international presence.
