Résumé: الملخص: للتعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد أهمية كبيرة في مجال التعليم العالي، لما يوفره من المزايا و ما يحققه من أهداف، و قد برزت أهميته و ضرورته بصفة حتمية مع ما عرفته البلاد و سائر دول العالم جراء أزمة "فيروس كورونا-كوفيد 19"، أواخر سنة 2019 و سنة 2020، أين أعتبر التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد و التمكن من الوسائل التكنلوجية التي يقوم عليها هذا النمط من التعليم، الحل المثالي لضمان سيرورة التعليم العالي. من خلال متابعة الدروس بالاتصال بين الطلبة و الأساتذة بإستخدام تكنولوجيات التعليم عن بعد، و تفادي سنة جامعية بيضاء تضر بالطلبة و تحطم من معنوياتهم. Abstract: Distance education or the e-learning is of great importance in the field of higher education, because it provides advantages and what it achieves, and its importance and necessity have emerged inevitably with what the country and other countries have known because of the "Corona-Covid 19 virus" crisis, in late 2019 and In 2020. Where distance education and mastery of the technological means on which this type of education is based are considered the ideal solution to ensure the progress of higher education. By pursuing lessons in communication between students and teachers using distance education technologies, and avoiding a white university year that harms students and Crash their spirits
