التعليم الجامعي عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا "كوفيد 19" قراءة في التجربة الجزائرية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم التجربة الجزائرية في مجال التعليم الجامعي عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا " كوفيد 19" و أفاقها، إذ فرضت الظروف الاستثنائية للجائحة من خلال التدابير المتخذة لمواجهتها، نمطا جديدا للتعليم الجامعي كبديل للتعليم التقليدي الحضوري الذي كان معتمدا قبل الجائحة، حيث اضطرت وزارة التعليم العالي إلى توجيه الجامعات الجزائرية نحو اعتماد التعليم عن بعد كآلية لضمان سيرورة التعليم الجامعي من خلال الوسائط الإلكترونية المختلفة مثل moodle و google meet ، إلا أنها وخاصة في البداية واجهت الجامعات العديد من المشاكل التي صعبت من المهمة نوعا ما ، نتيجة عدم وجود تخطيط مسبق لهذا النوع من التعليم، الذي يتطلب بنية تحتية تكنولوجية و نشر الوعي الإلكتروني وثقافة التعليم عن بعد لدى هيئة التدريس و الطلبة على حد سواء، وتوفير تدفق عالي للأنترنت في كل أرجاء الوطن، كما يجب أن يعتبر هذا الاتجاه الجديد في التعليم الجامعي مكسبا و مكافأة غير متوقعة والاهتمام بتطويرها مستقبلا. The study aimed to assess Algeria’s experience in the field of distance university education in the light of the coronavirus pandemic and its prospects for the future, the exceptional circumstances of the pandemic have been imposed by measures taken to confront it with a new pattern of university education, as an alternative to traditional attendance education that was adopted before the pandemic, the ministry of higher education had to direct Algerian universities towards the adoption of distance education, as a mechanism to ensure university education through various electronic media such as, Moodle and google meet however, especially at the outset universities have faced many problems that have been somewhat difficult to function as a result of the lack of prior planning for this type of education requires technological infrastructure and the dissemination of electronic awareness and culture of distance education to the faculty and students alike, providing high internet flow throughout the country, this new direction in university education must also be seen as an unexpected gain and reward and interest in its future development.
