دور ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية في تحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي دراسة حالة: مؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر- قالمة
Résumé: قدمت هذه الدراسة للإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: " هل لممارسات القيادة الإستراتيجية دور في تحديد التوجه الإستراتيجي بمؤسسة عمر بن عمر بقالمة؟ و هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الإطارات العاملة بمؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر- قالمة نحو مستوى الاهتمام بممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية السائد والتعرف أيضا على مستوى تحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي لديهم، إضافة إلى ذلك معرفة دور ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المختلفة في تحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي الإطارات العاملة بالمؤسسة. بينت الدراسة عدم وجود دور ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل من بعدي ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية ) استغلال المقدرات الجوهرية والمحافظة عليها، تطوير رأس المال البشري( في تحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي بمؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر- قالمة. كما بينت وجود دور ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعد المحافظة على ثقافة تنظيمية فاعلة في تحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي بمؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر- قالمة. وقد قدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات من بينها: ضرورة الاهتمام بالعنصر البشري باعتباره مصدر الثروة والتميز، وتشجيعه على العمل أكثر، وكذا اسغلال موارد المؤسسة بطريقة أفضل والمحافظة عليها. الكلمات المفتاحية: ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية، التوجه الاستراتيجي، مؤسسة مطاحن عمر بن عمر- قالمة. Abstract This study was presented to answer the following problem: "Do strategic leadership practices have a role in determining the strategic direction of Amor Benamor Foundation in Galma? The aim of the study was to identify the trends of the tires of the Amor Benamor Mills Company.It also focused on the level of interest in prevailing strategic leadership practices and the level of their strategic direction, as well as the role of strategic leadership practices in determining the strategic direction of the organization's operating frameworks. The study showed that there is no statistically significant role for each of the strategic leadership practices (utilization and preservation of core competencies, human capital development) in determining the strategic direction of Amor Benamor Mills -Galma. It also showed a statistically significant role in maintaining a strong organizational culture in determining the strategic direction of Amor Benamor Mills -Galma. The study included a number of recommendations, including: the need to pay attention to the human element as a source of wealth and excellence, and encourage it to work more, and better utilization and preservation of the resources of the institution.
