البيئة الرقمية وعلاقتها بالجرائم الواقعة على الأطفال - الاستغلال الجنسي الإلكتروني أنموذجا –

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة موضوع الاستغلال الجنسي الالكتروني الذي يعتبر شكلا جديدا من أشكال الجرائم التي تطال الأشخاص بصفة عامة والأطفال بصفة خاصة؛ حيث أصبح المحيط الرقمي يشكل أحد أهم العوامل الرئيسية للجرائم الواقعة على الأطفال، نظرا لما يتيحه من سهولة الولوج إليه وفي المقابل سهولة استخدام مختلف الوسائل التكنولوجية من قبل الطفل وانعدام الرقابة أثناء ذلك؛ ما يسمح لهم بالوصول لمواقع مختلفة للأسف كثيرا ما يقعون ضحية لتصفحها نتيجة لاستدراجهم والإيقاع بهم إلكترونيا من قبل مجرم إلكتروني يقوم باستغلالهم والمتاجرة بهم، لاسيما في المجال الإباحي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن ظاهرة الإجرام الإلكتروني تعتبر من أخطر الجرائم المستجدة في عالم الطفل نتيجة لغياب المسؤولية الاجتماعية ما يستدعي الحاجة الماسة إلى إعداد إستراتيجية متكاملة وشاملة قائمة على مبدأ الشراكة في مكافحة الإجرام الإلكتروني بصفة عامة، والحث على ضرورة استخدام تكنولوجيات المعلومات بشكل مسؤول. Abstract : The research paper aimed to examine the subject of electronic sexual exploitation, which is a new form of crime against persons in general and children in particular; The digital environment has become one of the main factors for child crime, as it provides easy access and, in turn, the ease of use of various technological means by the child and the lack of control in the meantime; Unfortunately, they are often victims of being lured and arrested electronically by an electronic criminal who exploits and traffickes them, especially in the pornographic field. The study concluded that cybercrime is one of the most serious crimes emerging in the child's world as a result of the lack of social responsibility, which calls for the development of an integrated and comprehensive strategy based on the principle of partnership in combating cybercrime in general, and to urge the need to use information technologies responsibly.
