تطور الصيغ التمويلية الاسلامية في الجزائر ومدى دعمها وتمويلها لمشاريع التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية -دراسة حالة مصرف السلام الجزائر للفترة (2016-2022)-

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مختلف الصيغ التمويلية التي توفرها المصارف الاسلامية، وما مدى دعمها وتمويلها لمشاريع التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، مع القيام بدراسة حالة على مصرف السلام الجزائري للفترة (2016-2022). وتَم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وكذا أسلوب دراسة حالة في الدراسة التحليلية. وتوصلنا إلى أن صيغ التمويل الاسلامي تحتل أهمية كبيرة في اقتصاديات الدول، من خلال الدور الذي تلعبه في تمويل مختلف المشروعات، وتنامي أهميتها في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. وعليه حاول مصرف السلام الجزائر تنويع صيغ تمويليه من أجل استقطاب أكبر عدد ممكن من المتعاملين، وبالتالي المساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. ولكن أغلبها كانت مبنية على أسلوب التمويل بالبيوع والمداينات على حساب المشاركات والمضاربة. ومع ذلك تبقى هذه الصيغ متميزة وواعدة، خاصة في ظل الوعي المتزايد بأهمية التمويل الاسلامي في المجتمع الجزائري. Abstract: This study aims to identify the different financing methods provided by Islamic banks, and their extent to support and finance economic and social development projects. We conducted a case study on Al Salam Bank of Algeria during the period (2016-2022). We concluded that Islamic financing formulas occupy great importance in the economies of countries, through the role they play in financing various projects, and their growing importance in economic and social life. Accordingly, Al Salam Bank Algeria tried to diversify its financing formulas in order to attract the largest number of customers possible, and thus contribute to economic and social development. Yet most of these methods based on the method of financing through sales and debts at the expense of participation and speculation. However, these formulas remain distinct and promising, especially in light of the growing awareness of the importance of Islamic finance in Algerian society.
