Résumé: Social dynamism is a natural feature that characterizes the growth and development of societies. It indeed reflects the process of social change which in its turn determines how societies move from one status to another. This process is very important due to its repercussion on the political development (change) of the state and its diagnosis of the reasons, the rhythm as well as the nature of this change. The dialectic between social dynamism and political change is an aspect which can only be proved by observing the improvement witnessed by the Arabic states in their perspectives for political reconstruction as a way to pursue economic and cultural requirements of nowadays’ societies.
