أثر تطبيق الإدارة الرشيقة لتحقيق الأداء المتميز دراسة حالة : الوكالة التجارية لإتصالات الجزائر- تبسة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الأبعاد الأساسية للإدارة الرشيقة من خلال (تنظيم موقع العمل، التحسين والتطوير المستمر، العمل القياسي، ستة سيجما sigma 6،عاملين متعددي الوظائف) في تحقيق التميز في خدمة العملاء، في مجال العمليات و المجال الإداري والتنظيمي، وقد تم إختيار الوكالة التجارية لإتصالات الجزائر- تبسة- للدراسة الميدانية وإختيرت عينة عددها 32 إطار، ولجمع البيانات تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان وزع للعينة وإستخدم برنامج spss 26 لتحليل البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لتطبيق أهم أبعاد الإدارة الرشيقة في تحقيق الاداء المتميز الوكالة التجارية لإتصالات الجزائر- تبسة-، وأن هذه الأخيرة تعتمد على كل من التحسين والتطوير المستمر، ستة سيجما sigma 6، عاملين متعددي الوظائف لتحقيق الأداء المتميز في مختلف أعمالها ومهامها. This study aims to measure the impact of the basic dimensions of lean management through (worksite organization, continuous improvement and development, standard work, six sigma 6, multi-functional workers) in achieving excellence in customer service, in the field of operations and the administrative and organizational field. The commercial agency for Algeria Telecom - Tebessa - was chosen for the field study, and a sample of 32 employees was chosen. To collect data, a questionnaire was distributed to the sample and the SPSS 25 program was used to analyze the data. The study concluded that there is an impact of applying the most important dimensions of lean management in achieving outstanding performance in the commercial agency of Algeria Telecom - Tebessa - and that the latter relies on both continuous improvement and development, six sigma 6, and multi-functional workers to achieve outstanding performance in its various works and task
