مساهمة غرفة التجارة والصناعة بالجزائر في تنمية الصادرات خارج المحروقات– دراسة حالة غرفة التجارة والصناعة لولاية الوادي-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة غرفة التجارة والصناعة في تنمية الصادرات خارج المحروقات في الجزائر، حيث تم التطرق إلى مختلف الأدبيات النظرية التي تعرف بغرف التجارة والصناعة في الجزائر عامة وغرفة التجارة والصناعة لولاية الوادي خاصة، كما تم التطرق إلى صادرات الجزائر خارج المحروقات وواقعها وتطورها، كان ذلك مسرود وفق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم تسليط الضوء بصفة خاصة على مختلف الاجراءات التي تقوم بها غرفة التجارة والصناعة لولاية الوادي لتشجيع الصادرات خارج المحروقات، كما تم التطرق إلى مختلف الاتفاقيات التي تم ابرامها في هذا الخصوص، وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر من اهمها أن غرفة التجارة والصناعة لولاية الوادي تساهم وبشكل كبير في تشجيع الصادرات خارج المحروقات خاصة وأن الولاية تسعى إلى تطوير القطاع الفلاحي وتنمية مختلف المنتجات الفلاحية لذلك توجهت الجهات المختصة لتشجيع ذلك وتقديم الدعم اللازم لها. The study aimed to know the contribution of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to the development of non-hydrocarbon exports in Algeria, whereby the various theoretical literature known as the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Algeria in general and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Oued Province in particular were addressed. This is listed according to the descriptive analytical approach, and light has been highlighted in particular on the various procedures carried out by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the state of El-Oued to encourage non-hydrocarbon exports, and the various agreements that have been concluded in this regard have also been addressed, and a set of results have been reached.
