دور الاعلام في رسم السياسة العامة في الجزائر 2011-2019

Résumé: "تتناول هذه الدراسة إشكالية دور وتأثير الإعلام على صنع السياسة العامة في الجزائر، وقمنا بدراسة واقع وأنواع الإعلام في الجزائر ووسائله المختلفة و مدي تأثير كل منها في صناعة القرار السياسي في قضية المعروضة وفي محاولة منا للوصول إلى كيف يؤثر الإعلام في صنع السياسة العامة، قمنا بدراسة ثلاثة قضايا كان للإعلام تأثير على صانع القرار في الجزائر في إعادة رسم سياستها العامة. - الدراسة الأولى تناولت قضية استغلال الغاز الصخري بعين صالح من 01 جانفي إلى 29 مارس 2015. - الدراسة الثانية تناولت قضية شهادة البكالوريا 2017. - الدراسة الثالثة تناولت قضية الحراك الشعبي من 22 فيفري إلى يومنا هذا. ولقد وضعنا لهذه الدراسة إشكالية: إلى أي مدى يمكن اعتبار الإعلام كفاعل أساسي من فواعل صنع السياسة العامة في الجزائر. ولقد وضعنا لهذه الدراسة الفرضية التالية: للإعلام تأثير بالغ الأهمية في صنع السياسة العامة بالجزائر. واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على منهجين وهما: المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ""This study deals with the problem of the role and impact of media on policy-making in Algeria. We examined the reality and types of media in Algeria and its various means and the extent of their influence on political decision-making in the case. Three Issues The media had an impact on Algeria's decision-maker in redrawing its general policy. - The first study dealt with the issue of exploitation of shale gas in Ain Saleh from 01 January to 29 March 2015. - The second study dealt with the issue of baccalaureate certificate 2017 - The third study dealt with the issue of popular mobility from 22 February to the present day. We have made this study problematic: to what extent can the media be considered as a key player in the policy making process in Algeria We have developed the following hypothesis: Media has a very important influence in the policy-making in Algeria In this study, we adopted two approaches: the historical approach and the descriptive analytical approach."
