برنامج كابدال " ديمقراطية تشاركية وتنمية محلية" عودة لمقاربة القرب على مستوى الجماعات المحلية بالجزائر

Résumé: إن تعبئة فكرة القرب ورصد الآليات المرتبطة بها على مستوى الجماعات المحلية بالجزائر يمكننا من تشكيل صورة واضحة عن أهمية التفاعل والتشارك على المستوى المحلي، ومسار برنامج "كابدال" في الجزائر يؤكد على تبني القائمين عليه لآليات وميكانيزمات فكرة القرب في وضعهم لمختلف مراحل البرنامج التي تتمحور حول مكونات الفضاء المحلي ليس بوصفه فضاء مادي فحسب، بل كإطار للتفاعل بما ينطوي عليه من اسم، ذاكرة ،تاريخ، تراث، عادات وتقاليد تشكل هوية مشتركة يعتمد عليها في تحقيق التنمية المحلية. ويكمن التحدي التنموي المحلي بالجزائر في استخدام البعد الإيجابي للقرب، والعمل التشاركي ضمن خطة استراتيجية لتحقيق التنمية المحلية. The proximity idea, mobilization and the monitoring of the various mechanisms associated to the local community level in Algeria, It enables us to create a clearer image about the importance of interaction and participation at the local level. Following the course of "CapDel" program, leads us to emphasize that the program managers adopt the mechanisms of the proximity idea when they apply the different stages of project, which are centered primarily on the components of local space as a framework for interaction to promote local development is built.
