الإستراتيجية الجزائرية تجاه منطقة الساحل الإفريقي: الواقع والأفاق

Résumé: ملخص: نتطرق في هذا المقال، إلى الإستراتيجية الجزائرية تجاه منطقة الساحل الإفريقي الذي يشهد العديد من التحديات والأخطار ذات مستويات مختلفة منها تزايد النشاط الإرهابي والجريمة المنظمة وظهور الحركات الانفصالية وغيرها، التي وجدت البيئة الحاضنة والملائمة للنشاط بسب الفشل الدولاتي في منطقة الساحل خصوصا في مالي، وهنا الجزائر تطرح العديد من الاستراتيجيات متعددة الأبعاد سياسية واقتصادية وأمنية، بهدف استقرار المنطقة وضمان آمنها وهي أمام خيارات مستقبلية منها العمل التعاوني أو التدخل الانتقائي أو التركيز على الدائرة الإفريقية لتصبح الدولة التي لا غنى عنها. Summary: In this article, we address the Algerian strategy towards the African Sahel region, which is witnessing many challenges and dangers of different levels, including the increase in terrorist activity, organized crime and the emergence of separatist movements and others, which found the environment suitable for activity due to the failure of my states in the Sahel region, especially in Mali and Algeria propose many multi-dimensional strategies, political, economic, and security, with the aim of stabilizing the region and ensuring its security, and it is facing future bounties, including cooperative work, selective intervention, or focusing on the African circuit.
