أثر الخفة الإستراتيجية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية: دراسة حالة مجمع "حمادي" بولاية بشار

Résumé: من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية حاول الباحث الوقوف على مفهوم الخفة الإستراتيجية باعتبارها من المفاهيم التي لها أهمية كبيرة في ظل التغيرات السريعة والغير مؤكدة في بيئة منظمات الأعمال، وذلك كمحاولة لمعرفة أثر الخفة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. حيث تم اختيار مجمع "حمادي" بولاية بشار كمحل للدراسة، ولذلك استخدم الباحث توجيه استبيان إلى أفراد المجتمع، ثم تحليل إجابات المستجوبين بالاستعانة ببرنامج Spss، وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل وجود أثر للخفة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية على مستوى مجمع "حمادي"، ويرجع هذا التأثير إلى بعد واحد من أبعاد الخفة الإستراتيجية وهو بعد "خفة القدرات". Through this article, the researcher tries to redefine the concept of strategic agility as one of the most important approaches responding to the rapid and uncertain changes in the business environment, as well as to determine the extent of its contribution to competitive advantage. "Hammadi" complex is located in the wilaya of Bechar has been selected as a field of practical study. A questionnaire was sent to the staff of the complex. Afterwards, the responses were analyzed using the Spss program. The results showed that there is a significant effect of strategic agility on the competitive advantage of the Hammadi enterprise. This essentially results from one of the dimensions of strategic agility, which is the agility of competences.
