أثر التوجهات الإستراتيجية الاستباقية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تصورات المبحوثين في منظمات الأعمال بمؤسسة البسكرية للاسمنت حول أثر التوجهات الإستراتيجية الاستباقية ببعديها -استطلاع المستقبل؛ البحث عن الفرص- في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من العينة المقدرة بـ (38) إطارا في الإدارة العليا. وتم التوصل إلى نتائج مفادها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتوجهات الإستراتيجية الاستباقية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للبسكرية للاسمنت عند مستوى دلالة (0.05=α)، وأن مستوى انتهاج توجه إستراتيجي استباقي ومستوى الميزة التنافسية بالبسكرية للاسمنت جاء "عاليا"، إذ وجدنا أن (89.30%) من التغيرات الحاصلة في الميزة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال سببها انتهاج توجهات إستراتيجية استباقية مناسبة. Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the researchers perceptions of business organizations at elbiskria cement company about the impact of proactive strategic orientations from two dimensions - foresight future, opportunities-seeking- in enhancing the competitive advantage, and we used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data from a sample survey of (38) staff workers. the study brought about several implications, including the existence of an effect of statistical significance for proactive strategic orientations in it’s various dimensions at the strengthen competitive advantage in business organizations at significant level of (α=...0). In this regard, we found that there are high level of proactive strategic orientations and competitive advantage in elbiskria cement, and )%03.9.( of the change occurred in competitive advantage caused by appropriate proactive strategic orientations.
