علاقة سعر صرف الدينار/الدولار بسياسية جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية قياسية خلال الفترة (1990-2015)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين سعر صرف الدينار/الدولار والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق التحليل العاملي باستخدام المركبات الأساسية (ACP) لتحديد ووصف البنية الأساسية والعلاقة بين المتغيرات المكونة للدراسة، كما تم استخدام طريقة "Johansen" لاختبار وجود علاقة مستقرة في المدى الطويل، واختبار السببية بمفهوم "غرنجر (Granger Causality Test)" لاختبار وجود علاقة في المدى القصير بين المتغيرات محل الدراسة. ومن خلال الاختبارات السابقة الذكر اثبتت النتائج غياب علاقة في الأجلين الطويل والقصير بين سعر صرف الدينار والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، وبناءا على تلك النتائج المتوصًل إليها فإنّ الدولة الجزائرية مازالت في حاجة للمزيد من الإصلاحات خاصة فيما يتعلق بإعادة النظر بقاعدة 51/49 بغرض الرفع من جاذبية مناخ الاستثمار وإزالة العراقيل، والعمل على تهيئة المناخ الاستثماري باعتباره مصدرا تمويليا مرغوباً فيه ومحاولة الاستفادة من إيجابياته كونه مخرجا لحل العديد من المشاكل وداعم أساسي بالعملة الصعبة. This study concern relationship between the dinar/dollar exchange rate and the foreign investment in Algeria. To achieve this objective, the basic analysis was applied using the basic compounds (ACP) to identify and describe the infrastructure and the relationship between the variables of the study. The "Johansen" method has been used to test the existence of stable relationship in the long term, the Causality according to Granger has also been tested to test the existence of a short-term relationship between the variables studied. The results of the aforementioned tests proved the absence of the long /short-term relationship between the dinar exchange rate and foreign direct investment in Algeria. Based on these findings, the Algerian state is still in need of further reforms, especially with regard to the revision of rule 51/49 in order to increase the attractiveness of the investment climate to the remove the obstacles,
