تقييم الإنتاجية العلمية للأستاذ الباحث المنظم لفرق البحث من وجهة نظر الأستاذ ومدير المخبر دراسة ميدانية في مخابر كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير - جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة-

Résumé: تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس المنظمة لفرق البحث بمخابر البحث العلمي بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وكيفية تقييمها من خلال مجموعة من مؤشرات وطرق قياس وتوضيح أهمية هذا التقييم بالنسبة للأستاذ الباحث والذي يهدف من خلاله الكشف عن مواطن القوة والضعف في تحسين مستوى الإنتاجية العلمية كما ونوعا والتي بــــدورها تساعد الإدارة الوصية في اتخاذ القرارات الصائبة لذلك وإبراز دور ومساهمة مخابر البحث العلمي في زيادة حجم الإنتاجية وتحسين أساليب الإنتاج العلمي وتطوير آليات التحكم في مستوياتها والتطرق إلى أهم المعوقات التي تحد من إنتاجيتها العلمية ومعرفة الدوافع لديها.This study aims to identify the nature of the scientific productivity of the faculty members organizing the research teams in the scientific research laboratories of the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of QasidiMarbah and Ouargla, and how to evaluate it through a set of indicators and methods of measuring and clarifying the importance of this evaluation for the researcher who aims through which the detection On the strengths and weaknesses in improving the level of scientific productivity, in terms of quantity and quality, which in turn helps the will administration in making the right decisions for that, highlighting the role and contribution of scientific research laboratories in increasing the volume of productivity, improving scientific production methods, developing mechanisms to control its levels, and addressing the most important obstacles that limit their scientific productivity and knowledge Motivated Both the interview and the questionnaire were used, and the questionnaires were distributed to the entire study population, but the student only recovered (50) valid questionnaires, which is the study sample with a percentage of (38.46%) of the original community. . The student relied on the use of the percentages calculation program, suchas recurrences and calculating percentages, in addition to conducting an interview with anumber of laboratorydirectors and professors. The study concluded: -There is a low level of productivity in scientific publishing in national and international journals - There is an average productivity for a research professor in the field of scientific publishing, through grants, to improve the level, and henceits characteristics Grants contribute greatly and effectively to raising its research readiness and capabilities - There is a group of obstacles that hinder the researcher's profitability and motivation in scientific production -The laboratory and its management contribute effectively to crystallizing the increase and improvement of the quality of scientific production for the research professor كما تم استخدام كل من المقابلة والاستبيان، وقد وزعت الإستبانات على مجتمع الدراسة بأكمله ولكن لم تسترد الطالبة سوى (50) إستبانة صالحة وهي عينة الدراسة بنسبة (%38.46) من المجتمع الأصلي. وقد اعتمدت الطالبة على استخدام برنامج حساب الحصص المئوية، مثل التكرارات وحساب القيم المئوية، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلة مع عدد من مدراء المخابر والأساتذة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: -هناكمستوىإنتاجيةمنخفضةفيمجالالنشرالعلميفيالمجلاتالوطنيةوالمجلات الدولية -هناكإنتاجيةمتوسطة للأستاذالباحثفيمجالالنشرالعلميمنخلالالمنحتحسينالمستوى،وبالتاليفهناته المنحتساهموبشكلكبيروفعالفيرفعجاهزيـتهوقدراتهالبحثية -توجدمجموعةمنالمعوقاتالتيتعيقمردوديةالباحثودافعيتهفيالإنتاجالعلمي -يساهمالمخبروإدارتهبشكلفعالفيبلورةزيادةو تحسين جودةالإنتاجالعلميللأستاذالباحث
