Effet Insecticide Des Deux Plantes Nerium Oleaner Et Capparis Spinosa Sur La Mouche Blanche Des Serres Bemisia Tabaci Dans La Région D’ouargla
Résumé: The study carried out relates to the insecticidal effect of the aqueous extract of the leaves and stems of two spontaneous plants '' Nerium oleaner L and Capparis spinosa l collected in the region of Ghardaia or southern Algeria on the whitefly of greenhouse Bemisia tabaci Field trials were carried out to evaluate the power of the aqueous extracts of the two plants, as well as biopesticide, against treated in direct spraying mode, a count of dead individuals of Bemisia tabaci is carried out every 24 hours for 3 days. phytochemical test. the results obtained show the presence of Tannins; Coumarins; Free quinones and reducing compounds. In both plants and the absence of Terpenoids, Steroids and Flavonoids A.Anthoyanes Sulfates Saponosides: (Moss test) which presents in the plant Nerium oleander L. On the other hand it is absent in Capparis spinosa L The results obtained showed that the aqueous extract from the leaves and stems of the two plants had an insecticidal effect at the different concentrations tested (100%, 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, 10)
