اثر الحوكمة في خلق القيمة للبنوك دراسة حالة مجموعة من البنوك الجزائرية

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار مدى الأثر الذي تلعبه الحوكمة البنكية في خلق القيمة للبنوك ، باعتبار أن خلق القيمة ينتج عنه تحقيق مزايا تنافسية، وبالتالي فالتفكير في تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة بما جاءت به، ومن خلال الأدوات الفاعلة لها، يعمل على الأداء الجيد للبنوك وبالتالي تحقيق القيمة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للحوكمة على خلق القيمة للبنوك، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات لزيادة الحرص على الالتزام بتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة البنكية لتحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية ومنها خلق القيمة للبنك. This research aims at showing the extent of the impact that banking governance plays in creating banks' value which creates competitive advantages. Therefore, thinking about applying the principles of governance through the effective tools for it, contributes much to the good performance of banks. This work indicated that there is an impact of governance on creating value for banks. It presented a set of recommendations to increase the commitment to applying the principles of banking governance to achieve the strategic objectives, including the creation of value for banks.
