واقع تكوين أستاذ التعليم الثانوي للعمل في إطار الإصلاح التربوي (دراسة ميدانية في عدد من ثانويات ولاية وهران )

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في موضوع تكوين أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في مادتي اللغة العربية والرياضيات للقيام بمهامهم التعليمية في إطار الإصلاحات التربوية التي تم الشروع فيها في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي في الموسم الدراسي 2005-2006 ،أي سنتين بعد الشروع في إصلاح المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر في الموسم الدراسي 2003-2004،والعمل بطريقة المقاربة بالكفاءات باعتبارها طريقة جديدة للتدريس ، وأساليب التقويم المناسبة لها وتجسيدها ميدانيا في الأقسام مع تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي ، ومعرفة مستوى التكوين النظري والتطبيقي الذي تحقق لديهم مند الشروع في هذه الإصلاحات ودرجة تمكنهم من استخدام هذه الطريقة وأساليب التقويم التي ترتبط بها . ولقد تم الاعتماد في البحث الميداني على أراء واستجابات الأساتذة أنفسهم حول استفادتهم من التكوين للقيام بمهامهم التدريسية وفقا للإصلاحات التربوية ،حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعطيات والدراسة الاستقصائية لتحقيق الأهداف. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن 40% من الأساتذة يحتاجون إلى تكوين كامل في هذه الطريقة والباقية يحتاجون إلى استكمال تكوينهم لأنهم إلى حد الآن لم يستطيعوا التحكم في هذه الطريقة والعمل بها بسبب النقائص التي يعانون منها على المستوى النظري والتطبيقي والمنهجي . The purpose of this study is to make a research on the subject of training secondary school teachers in Arabic language and mathematics, in order to carry out their educational tasks as part of the educational reforms initiated in teaching secondary school in the 2005-2006 school year, two years after the beginning of the reform of the Algerian educational system in 2003- 2004, and the application of the competency approach as a new teaching method, and the evaluation techniques, and its practical implementation on the field in the classrooms with the pupils of the second year of secondary school, and to know the level of theoretical and practical training achieved by the teachers since the beginning of the reforms, and the degree of mastery of this method and its evaluation techniques. In the field research, the views and responses of the professors themselves were relied upon About their use of training to carry out their teaching tasks in accordance with educational reforms. The study found that 40% of teachers need to be fully trained in this method And the rest need to complete their formation because they have not yet been able to control this method and work with it Because of the shortcomings they suffered of them at the theoretical, applied and methodological level.
