استخدام نظام إدارة التعلُم Moodle لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة قسنطينة 2: نحو نمذجة جديدة للتعلُم

Résumé: تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم moodle في العملية التعليمية؛ ثم الوقوف على مدى مساهمة هذا النظام في تفعيل أداء عضو هيئة التدريس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة تكونت من 171 أستاذا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ممن يستخدمون نظام إدارة التعلم(الموودل)، وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم مقياس تضمن (30) فقرة تغطي أبعاد الدراسة والمتمثلة في: البنية العامة للنظام، الخصوصية والأمان، بناء وإدارة الاختبارات، الجهد المبذول، تنمية المهارات، العلاقات مع الطلبة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك اتجاهات إيجابية نحو استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم moodle لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة قسنطينة2. Abstract This study seeks to identify Faculty members trends towards the use of moodle learning management system in the educational process, and then to see how much this system contributes to activating faculty members performance. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample was selected from 75 faculty professors who use the learning management system (moodle), to answer a questionnaire containing (30) paragraphs covering the dimensions of the study ( The overall structure of the system, Privacy and security, Building and managing tests, Effort, Skills development, Relationships with students). The results of the study showed that there are positive trends towards the use of moodle learning management system among faculty members at the University of Constantine2.
