أثر السلوك التمويلي على القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة للمؤسسة الاقتصادية -دراسة قياسية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية المدرجة في مؤشر S&p500-

Résumé: يعد السلوك التمويلي وعلاقته بخلق القيمة للمساهمين أهم مواضيع الإدارة المالية وفي نفس الوقت أحد التحديات الرئيسة للمديرين الماليين، وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف أثر السلوك التمويلي على القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة (EVA) لعينة مكونة من 168 مؤسسة اقتصادية مدرجة في مؤشر S&P500 خلال الفترة 2010-2019 ، ومن الأجل الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية (بيانات بانل). توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر سلبي وذو دلالة إحصائية للديون طويلة الأجل على القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة للمؤسسات محل الدراسة، وعدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للديون قصيرة الأجل على القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ومعنوي للحجم (متغير ضابط) على القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة للمؤسسات محل الدراسة. The financing behavior and its relationship to creating value for shareholders is the most important topic of financial management and at the same time one of the main challenges for financial managers, and accordingly this study came with the aim of the impact of financing behavior on the economic added value (EVA) for a sample of 168 economic institutions included in the S & P500 index during the period 2010-2019, and from the term to answer the problem raised and test the hypotheses, the Panel data. The study found a negative and statistically significant effect of long-term debt on the economic value added of the institutions under study, and the absence of a statistically significant effect of short-term debt on the added economic value, and the results indicated a positive and significant effect of size (a controlled variable) on the economic value.
