Résumé: Abstract Study: This study aims at identifying the foundations of the psychological trend in literary criticism and the fields of literary studies in analytic psychoanalytic criticism. For this purpose, our interest in this study was related to the psychological analysis of literature and the factors of the emergence of the psychological trend in modern Arab criticism. The study concluded that the analytical psychological approach can be useful in our understanding and analysis of literary works, through the friction of psychology with literature, and the correlation of psychoanalysis with literary criticism. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أسس الاتجاه النفسي في النقد الأدبي، وميادين الدراسات الأدبية في النقد النفسي التحليلي، و من أجل هذا كانت عنايتنا في هذه الدراسة على صلة التحليل النفسي بالأدب، و عوامل نشأة الاتجاه النفسي في النقد العربي الحديث. و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المنهج النفسي التحليلي من الممكن أن يكون مفيدا في فهمنا و تحليلنا للأعمال الأدبية، و ذلك من خلال احتكاك علم النفس بالأدب ، و ارتباط التحليل النفسي بالنقد الأدبي.
