السياسة الفرنسية في عهد الماريشالين بيجو وراندون 1858-1841(دراسة مقارنة)
Résumé: ملخص: منذ احتلال فرنسا للجزائر في عام 1830، سعت إلى تحويلها إلى مستعمرة فرنسية من خلال تطبيق سياسة استعمارية شاملة تهدف إلى السيطرة على البلاد. وخلال الفترة من 1841 إلى 1858، وفي ظل حكم الماريشالين بيجو وراندون، شهدت الجزائر فترة استعمارية جديدة حيث اتبع الحكام العامون آنذاك أساليب متنوعة لتوسيع النفوذ الفرنسي وقمع المقاومة الشعبية. تم اعتماد قوانين قاسية تهدف إلى مصادرة الأراضي ومنحها للمستوطنين تدعيما لسياسة الاستيطان. بالإضافة إلى فرض نظم إدارية للسيطرة على السكان واستهدفت كذلك تفكيك المجتمع وتجهيله وفرنسته . Abstract: Since France’s occupation of Algeria in 1830, itsought to transformitinto a French colony through the implementation of a comprehensive colonial policyaimed at controlling the country. During the periodfrom 1841 to 1858, under the rule of Marshals Bugeaud and Randon, Algeria witnessed a new colonial erawhere the governors at that time adoptedvariousmethods to expand French influence and suppresspopularresistance. Harsh lawswereenactedaimed at confiscating lands and grantingthem to settlers to reinforce the settlementpolicy. In addition, administrative system swereimposed to control the population, and efforts were made to dismantle and assimilate the society into French culture.
