Résumé: This study aims to highlight the impact of business ethics in strengthening the adoption of the Algerian economic institutions of the essential issues of the Social Responsibility according to the standard ISO 26000. We conducted the field study in two Algerian companies ROUIBA - NCA of Juices and SASACE for packing that are integrated in SR-MENA project, for the period 2015- 2018. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to the staff of two companies and we used SPSS to analyze the collected data. The study concluded to several results, the most important of which are the high level of adoption of business ethics and social responsibility by the two companies, in addition to the impact of business ethics on strengthening the social responsibility in accordance with ISO 26000.
