فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه لدى الأطفال وعلاقته بالوعي الغذائي والممارسات الغذائية اليومية لدى أمهاتهم

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الوعي بالنظام الغذائي الصحي لدى الأم ومستوى فرط الحركة لدى الأطفال كما تهدف الى معرفة هل هناك علاقة بين مستوى الوعي الغذائي والممارسات الغذائية اليومية لدى أمهاتهم. ولتحقيق الهدف اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استعانت الباحثة بأدوات لجمع البيانات تمثلت في استبيان يقيس وعي ومعارف الأم حول التغذية، واستمارة للتعرف على الممارسات الغذائية اليومية التي تتبعها الأم تم بناؤهما من طرف الباحثة، بالإضافة الى مقياس كونرز لقياس فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه لدى الطفل، وقد توصلت النتائج الى أن مستوى الوعي الغذائي لدى الأمهات مرتفع، ومستوى فرط الحركة لدى أطفالهن منخفض، كما أنه هناك علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوعي الغذائي والممارسات الغذائية الصحية لدى الأمهات. This study aims to identify the level of awareness of the mother's healthy diet and also aims to know is there a relationship between the level of food awareness and daily nutritional practices of their mothers. To achieve the goal, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher also used tools to collect data, which consisted of a questionnaire that measures the mother’s awareness and knowledge about nutrition, and a form to identify the daily nutritional practices followed by the mother, which were built by the researcher, in addition to the Conners scale to measure hyperactivity and attention deficit in the child, and the results concluded that the level of food awareness among mothers is high, and the level of hyperactivity in their children is low, and there is no relationship between ADHD, the level of food awareness and the daily nutritional practices of their mothers.
