أثر الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980- 2019
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج قياسي لقياس أثر الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري على النّمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية خلال الفترة 1980-2019 باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذّاتي للفجوات الزّمنية المتباطئة (ARDL). وقد توصّلت الدّراسة إلى عدم فعالية السّياسات الإنفاقية التوسّعية المتّبعة في دعم وتحفيز النّمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، فعلى الرغم من المبالغ الضّخمة المخصّصة لتغطية الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري تبقى النتائج المحقّقة دون المستوى المطلوب، وهو ما يستوجب مراجعة هذه السّياسات. This study aims to build an econometric model to measure the impact of government investment spending on economic growth in Algeria, based on annual data during the period 1980-2019 using the autoregressive distributed lag approach (ARDL). The study found the ineffectiveness of the expansionary spending policies used to support and stimulate economic growth in Algeria, despite the huge amounts allocated to cover government investment spending, the achieved results remain below the required level, which necessitates a review of these policies.
