دور الإبداع في المنتج في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية دراسة حالة مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب بتقرت

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الإبداع في المنتج في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الأبعاد لكل من الإبداع في المنتج والميزة التنافسية ومدى تطبيقها في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب بتقرت، المتمثلة في منتج جديد ومنتج مطور مع كل من التكلفة، المرونة، الجودة والوقت، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على تصميم الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة حيث تم توزيعه على عينة من عمال مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب بتقرت، ليتم معالجة واختبار مدى صحة الفرضيات بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية اللـ SPSS (20). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من الإبداع في المنتج في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، مع وجود علاقة طردية بين الإبداع في المنتج والميزة التنافسية، كما أظهرت أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإبداع في المنتج وكل المتغيرات الشخصية ماعدا المستوى التعليمي والوظيفة The objective of this study is to understand the effect of creativity in the product on achieving a competitive advantage, based on a set of dimensions for both product innovation and competitive advantage and its application in the South Foam Foundation in Tikrit, a new product and product developed with cost, flexibility, The study was based on the design of the questionnaire as a tool for study. It was distributed to a sample of workers of the South Foam Foundation in Tikrit. The hypotheses are processed and tested using the SPSS program. The study concluded that there is a high level of creativity in the product in the institution under study, with a positive relationship between creativity in the product and competitive advantage. It also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the creativity in the product and all the personal variables except the educational level and the job
