دور عناصر البيئة الداخلية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب-تقرت-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي معرفة دور عناصر البيئة الداخلية من خلال الأبعاد ( الهيكل التنظيمي، الثقافة التنظيمية، الموارد، القيادة الإدارية)في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب-تقرت- تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، باعتماد على أداة الاستبيان بتوزيع 132 استمارة على عمال رغوة الجنوب-تقرت- تمت معالجتها عن طريق برنامج التحليل الإحصائيspss تم التوصل إلي مجموعة من النتائج هي: - وجود مستوى توافر متوسط لأبعاد البيئة الداخلية في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب-تقرت-؛ - وجود مستوى توافر متوسط لأبعاد الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب-تقرت-؛ - وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البيئة الداخلية والميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب-تقرت-؛ - أكثر الأبعاد تأثيرا على الميزة التنافسية هما بعدين الهيكل التنظيمي والموارد بخلاف بعدي الثقافة التنظيمية والقيادة الإدارية. The aim of this study is knowing the element of internal environment through sources, administrational leadership, organizational form and culture dimentions in accomplishing the competitive advantage in RAGHOUAT ALDJANOUB company. TOUGOURT The descriptive method has been used in this study depending on questionnaire tool by distributing 132 form on RAGHOUAT ALDJANOUB employers and it has been processed by the statistical analysis program SPSS. This study has reached to a group of results and they are: -the existence of an average availibility level in the dimentions of the internal environment in RAGHOUAT ALDJANOUB company. -the existence of an average availibility level in the dimentions of the competitive advantage in RAGHOUAT ALDJANOUB company. -the existence of a positive relationship with a statistical indication between the internal environment and the competitive advantage in RAGHOUAT ALDJANOUB company. - most effective dimentions on the competitive advantage are sources and organizational form
