البعد الجيوبوليتيكي للتنافس الأمريكي-الفرنسي-الصيني في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي
Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة البعد الجيوبوليتيكي لتنافس القوى الكبرى في منطقة الساحل التي تعد مجالا جيوبوليتيكا حيويا لقوى تقليدية وأخرى حديثة في الساحة الدولية،وهي فرنسا، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين وهذا للمقومات المادية التي تزخر بها المنطقة، وشموليتها بعمقها الاستراتيجي لعقدة اللأمن الغربي، فاعتمدت كل قوة دولية من القوى الفاعلة في المنطقة على استراتيجية مختلفة . وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المقومات الجيوبوليتيكية لمنطقة الساحل وتحولات الساحة الدولية جعلت منها مجالا مستباحا للتنافس الدولي دون الرغبة الجدية لإيجاد حلول للنزاعات التي تمزق المنطقة، وتحقيق الأمن الإنساني لشعوبها. This paper deals with the geopolitical dimension of the rivalry of the great powers in the Sahel, which is a vital space for traditional and new powers in the international arena namely France, the U.S.A and China, this is because of the geopolitic features of the area And its comprehensiveness with its strategic depth of the Western security complex. The study concluded that the geopolitics of the Sahel and the shifts in the international arena made it a useful area for international rivalry without the serious desire to find solutions to the conflicts that are tearing the region apart and to achieve human security for its peoples.
