فحص أثر سياسة التمويل الفلاحي على التنمية الفلاحية بالجزائر (دراسة قياسية للفترة (1990-2017) وفق منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر سياسات التمويل المعتمدة في القطاع الفلاحي الجزائري في تمويل التنمية الفلاحية بالجزائر و ذلك من خلال دراسة قياسية لبيانات سنوية للفترة (1990-2017) ، حيث تم الاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL) في اختبار العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة ، و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة في الأجل الطويل و القصير في نفس الوقت بين كل من نمو الناتج المحلي الفلاحي كمؤشر للتنمية الفلاحية من جهة و التمويل و الدعم الفلاحي من جهة أخرى ، إضافة إلى علاقة عكسية في الأجلين بين النمو الفلاحي و معدلات الفائدة الحقيقة. The study aims at assessing the impact of agricultural financing policies on agricultural development in Algeria, by employing yearly data during the period 1990 and 2017. The study employed Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) to test the relationship among the variables. The findings of the study dictate there is a long run relationship and a short run relationship between the agricultural domestic product growth as an indicator of agricultural development and agricultural finance. Additionally, the study found a negative relationship between the agricultural development and the real interest rates in both short and long-run.
