أثر قطاع الفلاحة على البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990- 2019 دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج (ardl)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فحص العلاقة بين قطاع الفلاحة والبطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2019 بالاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL)، وبأخذ معدل البطالة كمتغير تابع والقيمة المضافة لقطاع الفلاحة، العمالة الفلاحية وقيمة الدعم الفلاحي كمتغيرات مستقلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة سلبية ومعنوية في الأجلين القصير والطويل في نفس الوقت بين كل من معدل البطالة من جهة والدعم الفلاحي والعمالة الفلاحية من جهة أخرى، بينما كانت العلاقة ايجابية ومعنوية في الأجلين القصير والطويل بين معدل البطالة والقيمة المضافة لقطاع الفلاحة. أوصت الدراسة بتدعيم قطاع الفلاحة أكثر والبحث عن طرق جديدة للدعم لتطوير الإنتاج الفلاحي وخلق مناصب الشغل. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the agricultural sector on unemployment in Algeria from 1990 to 2019, using the (ARDL) model and the unemployment rate as a dependent variable and the agricultural sector added values, agricultural employment and the value of agricultural support as independent variables. The study found a negative significant relationship in both the short and long terms between the unemployment rate from one side and agricultural employment and agricultural support and from the other side, while the relationship between the unemployment rate and the added value of the agricultural sector was positive and significant in both the short and long terms. The study recommended strengthening the agricultural sector and looking for new ways to support agricultural production and job creation.
